Web pages that display full size images will have a “Print This Calendar” button just below the image.
You may have to scroll down to view it.
Click the button to print the image.
* Horizontal images are designed to be printed with your printer settings set to landscape mode.
This should be done before you click the “Print This Calendar” button. See below on how to set.
Printing or saving all other images:
Follow the instructions below to save the images or print all other images
(including the mini versions that you will see on many of the web pages).
1. Right click over the image.
2. You can select one of the following options:
“Save target as” or “Save picture as”
This will save the image on your computer’s hard drive. Once it has been saved, locate it and the double click to open your default
image editor to print it. Print it in landscape mode. You will either have the “Save Target as” or “Save Picture As” depending on your computers setup,
browser etc.
“Print Target” or “Print Picture”
This will print the image without having to save it. The size will be smaller than if you had saved it and then printed it.
Print in landscape mode. You can select landscape mode by choosing “Preferences” or “options” from the print dialog box.
*You will see either the “Print Target” or “Print Picture” option depending on your setup.
Changing printer setting to print in Landscape Mode.
On the printer dialog box, (the screen that should appear when you select the
Print option) you will either have the landscape option or you will have an image that looks like a document. If you only see the image, click
it if needed to changes the settings to landscape mode. Landscape mode is where the width is 11.5 inches and the height is 8.5 inches.
You may use the Print Preview option to see how the calendar will appear when printed and to adjust margins and clear header and footer settings.
Changing printer setting to print in Portrait Mode.
On the printer dialog box, (the screen that should appear when you select the Print option)
you will either have the Portrait option or you will have an image that looks like a document. If you only see the image, click it if needed to change the
settings to portrait mode. Landscape mode is where the width is 8.5 inches and the height is 11.5 inches (in the US).
You may use the Print Preview option to see how the calendar will appear when printed and to adjust margins and clear header and footer settings.
